The Base is Maverik’s only goalie head and, with the help of Drew Adams and Kip Turner, they managed to get it just right. The head offers the largest possibly surface area, which is obviously a positive for any goalie. It is lightweight and has enough give in it to make rebounds less common. The Base gets great reviews, and after being used by some of the best goalies in the game it looks like it will be a solid goalie head for a long time.
