Lacrosse is a fast paced, high impact game. It is an absolute necessity to limit the possibility of head injuries, and purchasing the right helmet should be a high priority for any lacrosse player. Cascade has dominated the helmet market for over 10 years, and is certainly the main option for most players. However, STX and Warrior are stepping their game up and offering products to rival the New York based company. While it could be said that there aren’t a great amount of options when choosing a helmet, that doesn’t mean that the options which are available aren’t high quality products. There are options for all levels of play, all ages and at varying prices. So there isn’t any reason to not be wearing a top notch lid on the field.
